About the Opportunity

TrendHR is seeking individuals to participate in a paid focus group designed to gather community feedback on a legal case on behalf of our client. Participants will review case-related materials, hear presentations of evidence and arguments, and provide their honest opinions and perspectives. This session is intended to help attorneys better understand how information may be perceived by a jury.
Due to the nature of the study, participants will be exposed to sensitive or potentially emotional content related to the case. All information shared during the session is confidential and must not be discussed outside of the focus group.

Responsibilities

  • Attend the full focus group session on July 14 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
  • Review and evaluate case materials presented by the legal team.
  • Participate actively in group discussions.
  • Provide honest feedback, opinions, and reactions to the case information.
  • Follow instructions provided by moderators and facilitators.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all case-related information.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to attend the entire 5-hour session.
  • Comfortable discussing and evaluating legal case information.
  • Willing to review sensitive or potentially emotional content.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to share opinions respectfully.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
